Hi.
Trying to enter sleep mode with the pic32-pinguino-otg.

The power comes from a battery. So Voltage is around 14V

I call asm("wait").
By default the current is ~20ma

If I enable the sleep mode (OSCCONbits.SLPEN = 1)
The current is ~10ma

Is there a way to decrease the 10ma ?
Is it the voltage regulator that is drawing it ?

In case you get no solution, try Olimex forum as it's their hardware isn't it.

Hi, Chris. Did you get the answer from Olimex?

I tested OTG Rev-C and got similar result.

12V fed to Vin => 46.9mA (led off, just in delay())
12V fed to Vin => 24.0mA (in idle)
12V fed to Vin => 9.9mA (in sleep)

Now when 3.3V is fed to 3v3 pin, it takes 1.2mA in sleep. No wstage from red led, buck converter and li-poly charger.

Even more interesting part is that it draws 0.3mA when 3.7V is fed to battery connector.

It makes the board perfect for data logging -- wake up by RTCC, log and sleep...
