sd card driver
Hi,

On the Wiki I read "The standard libraries are also compatible, except Ethernet, SD and Firmata which are under development." What I'm interested in is SD. Can I use the onborard (PIC32-PINGUINIO-OTG) SD slot? What's the code to write/read data to/from it?

regards,

Hi,
I work on it.

It is easier to complain than it is to do, but it is better to do than it is to complain.

RE: sd card driver
Also see some the threads under Pinguino Forum/Using Pinguino/Storage

In summary for PIC32 Pinguino OTG should work with the latest x.3 versions of the SD library files in either Trunk/x.2 or x.3 with a couple of changes to the fileio.c and fileio.h files (see the various threads for details).

For PIC32 Pinguino Micro - work in progress by KiloOne but may be reaching resolution soon (I hope that does not put a curse on his good work Wink )

Depending on which environment (Trunk/x.2 or x.3) you are using (again see the other threads on the SD card etc) there may need to be a few minor changes to some of the examples.
