Hi Freddy,

there were some changes to the lcdlib in X.3 r363 that "broke" a lot of the examples for P32 boards. The changes that caused the problem were dealt with in r462.

If you download the latest version of lcdlib.c and lcdlib.h for the code.gogle.com/p/pinguino website (http://code.google.com/p/pinguino32/sour...Flibraries) and replace the corresponding files in your /p32/include/pinguino/libraries/ folder, and also the lcd.pdl32 file and replace that in your /p32/pdl/ folder that should cure the problem.

There was a recent exercise to see which of the examples would compile in x.3 at r421 and this together with updates can be found at http://wiki.pinguino.cc/index.php/Result...uidCrystal. Please note that the result "OK" only means that the program compiled OK not that it runs, but where the result is "OK R+" then this means that it not only compiles but the program ran and produced the expected output on that particular board.

Hi Freddy,

my comment only related to the P32 variant not the P8.

I noticed on another thread that you successfully ran a LCD program on X.2. Which version of X.2 were you using ? Also which of the example files did you run on X.2 ?

RE: Pinguino X.3 revision 399
I use X.2 r293 and runs the example LCD-demo.pde fine, but when I try to run it in X.3 r399 dosn't compile, then I change function lcd() by lcd.pins() and it compile, but when I upload to the board, do not show anything on lcd. I dont know if I have to change something more to the code.
