RTCC disabled during Reset
Hello,

I was testing the example in examples/10.Libraries/RTCC/RealTimeClock.pde with a PIC32-PINGUINO-OTG.

After replacing the outputs to Serial instead of DCE so the terminal window survives the resets, and commenting the function that modifies the RTCC date and time at setup() so that the RTCC keeps it previous setting, I noticed that the RTCC freezes (does not increment every second) while I held the Reset button pressed.

But the PIC32 Family Reference Manual - Section 29. Real-Time Clock and Calendar (RTCC) states that "The RTCC module and the Secondary Oscillator (SOSC) will continue to function when the device is held under reset by pulling the MCLR pin low."

Is there some configuration in the RTCC library that allows the RTCC to hold during MCLR resets?
