Pinguino-OTG with W7 64bit
With apologies for falling at the first hurdle but I've been trying all afternoon to get Pinguino IDE X.3 to recognise that a Pinguino-OTG is attached.

The PC is running 64 bit Windows 7

I've slavishly followed the guide here http://wiki.pinguino.cc/index.php/Windows_7 with some success i.e Device Manager reports it as 'Pinguino Project' under 'libusb-win32 devices'

When I try to upload "Blink" I get the following output

Board: PIC32 Pinguino OTG
Proc: 32MX440F256H
File: c:\PinguinoX.3\examples\01.Basics\Blink\Blink.pde
compilation done
code size: 3848 / 262144 bytes (1% used)
3.28200006485 seconds process time
c:\PinguinoX.3\win32\p32\bin\mphidflash.exe Error: Device not found (is device attached and in Bootloader mode?)

Any assistance would be much appreciated

Regards
Keith

Looks like I've made more progress. In desperation I changed USB ports on my PC and allowed Widows to install the device as 'HID-compliant device' and 'USB Input Device'.

The Upload now works (with Blink at least) so for the moment all is well.

That was hard work!

Regards
Keith
