Good Afternoon.

The problem is the driver. Go to device manager, right click on the unknown device and update drivers. The drivers can be found here

Good luck and go to http://wiki.pinguino.cc/index.php foor further help.

Did you download the driver for windows 7? Extract the zip to a folder. Now go to device manager and right-click on the unknown device. Then update driver and select the folder where you extracted the driver.

My board is working pretty well on windows 7. Just go here and pick the windows 7 driver in Pinguino driver zip

RE: plz help mee
I don't know this board but on others you have to hold a (non-reset!) button down during reset / power up.

On the Pinguino32-OTG it's easy (I said how before) but no idea on yours. No manual or similar doc?

Or ask the store you bought it from for doc / help.

You're not helping yourself in that it's an unhelpful thread title and you don't say which board you have. Think! People are not psychic!!
