pinguino mx-220, x.4, green LED is pin 0
I just installed x.4 to try with my Olimex Pinguino MX220

It took a while, but I finally figured out that the green LED was on pin 0.

Have not found where the red LED is mapped to yet.

The Wiki says they should be on 9 and 13... but (at least on the board I have) are not.

As soon as I have time to figure out where the read LED is, I'll post it.

I believe you selected the board 'Pinguino 32MX220' and this is not correct for Olimex MX220 board.

Select 'PIC32 Pinguino 220. Then you will get green LED on D13 and red LED on D9 correctly.

Uh, I see, this is a gap in the documentation. I have added a screenshot of the board selector to the wiki page.
