Bootloader hangs if no USB enumeration - ie USB powerbank
Hi,

A boot loader change would be really handy :-)

I've just started testing Pinguino on a new PIC18F4550 development board I designed, and I noticed that the bootloader (v2) never executes the user code if I plug my board into a USB power bank instead of a computer.

Presumably this is due to hanging due to no enumeration?

RE: Bootloader hangs if no USB enumeration - ie USB powerbank
The code hangs if you use CDC.print or something like that and power from USB power bank.
The code did not hang for me on 18F4550 or 18F2550 when powered from 5V (not really a power bank) battery.
Can you post your code?
PS: but I might have used bootloader 4, not 2.
