cdc issue
recently installed v12 and compiled a few examples, I found some issues.
cdc examples doesn't compile, not even the simplest
bulk examples doesn't compile
all other examples where ok

the problem was the linking, stdout reported:
In file included from /home/marco/Pinguino/v12/source/main32.c:38:0:
/home/marco/Pinguino/v12/source/define.h:3:20: fatal error: ___cdc.h: No such file or directory
#include <___cdc.h>
                   ^
compilation terminated.
make: *** [compile] Error 1

but it actually compiled for 8bits boards

to solve it, just went into /opt/pinguino/v12/p32/include/pinguino/core and changed "__cdc.c" to "cdc.c"

but I dont know what to do to fix bulk, i throws:
/home/marco/Pinguino/v12/source/user.c: In function 'loop':
/home/marco/Pinguino/v12/source/user.c:36:8: error: 'BULK' undeclared (first use in this function)
    if(BULK.available())
       ^
/home/marco/Pinguino/v12/source/user.c:36:8: note: each undeclared identifier is reported only once for each function it appears in
make: *** [compile] Error 1

I don't needed it at all, just to report it

p.d. I haven't proved the correction in any board, sorry

p.d.2. when I try to install v11 it throws:
dpkg: error al procesar el archivo pinguino-ide.deb (--install):
trying to overwrite `/etc/udev/rules.d/41-microchip.rules', which is also in package pinguino-ide-12 12.20160404
dpkg-deb: error: copied process was killed by the signal (Broken pipe)

p.d.3. using ubuntu 14.04, 32bit
