v12 ImportError : No module module named requests
Hello
I just install the new v12 IDE but when I try to run it, the IDE fails to open. I get the following error:" ImportError : No module named requests".
I get the same result on several conf: vista 32bit, windows 7 64 bits, and windows 10 64bits

I don't understand what this error means;

V.

RE: v12 ImportError : No module module named requests
Hi,
Sorry for that. It'll be fixed in the next installer version.
Meanwhile you might try this :

- Linux only : sudo apt-get install python-requests

- Windows (it should work under Linux too) : python -m pip --upgrade requests
It is easier to complain than it is to do, but it is better to do than it is to complain.

Hello Regis,

RE: v12 ImportError : No module module named requests
In the MS-DOS command window or by pressing Windows + R to run this command :
C:\Python27\python.exe -m pip --upgrade requests
It is easier to complain than it is to do, but it is better to do than it is to complain.
